POPTOY ("we", "our", or "the Platform") respects your privacy. We collect minimal necessary data required to facilitate art toy authentication, blind box unboxing orders, and customer service. We do not sell your personal data or track you across third-party websites.

We only collect information necessary to fulfill our services:
- Account Information: When you register via email, we store your email address and encrypted password hash to secure your account.
- Orders & Fulfillment: For physical art toy and blind box delivery, we collect recipient name, contact phone number, and postal address.
- Toy Collectibles Data: Digital passports, unboxing logs, and item points are synchronized with your account for collection showcase management.
- Device & Network: Basic system version, language preference, and error logs are collected to ensure application stability and security.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To manage your collectible toy catalog and process store unboxing orders.
- To fulfill physical shipping of authenticated art toys to your door.
- To provide customer support regarding toy defects, returns, and order inquiries.
- To detect fraud and comply with applicable consumer protection laws.
3. Third-Party Service Providers & Payment Safety
Payment processing is handled directly by licensed third-party payment gateways, including Stripe (Apple Pay & credit cards). POPTOY does not store your full credit card number, CVV code, or biometric data on our servers.
4. User Rights, Data Portability & Account Deletion
In strict compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) and global privacy regulations (GDPR & CCPA):
- Account Deletion: You have the unconditional right to delete your account anytime directly within the app (Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete Account) or by emailing our Data Protection Officer.
- Data Erasure: Upon account deletion, all associated identity information, order histories, and persona logs will be permanently erased.
5. Children's Privacy Protection
POPTOY does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately to have the data removed.
